Reinventing Life: Changing Your Life For The Better

Class of 2013: Nino Garcia is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and work full time as the Discipline Coordinator at iLearn Academy Charter School.

"During my childhood and early teen years I was a problem kid, I put myself in difficult situations which always led to trouble or a negative consequence. It got to the point where no matter what I did, even if I was doing right by everyone, I was labeled as a "troubled kid with bad intentions". Attending St. Paul Christian School gave me that second chance in life, and the opportunity to develop a relationship with God to turn my life around and get back on the right path. Saint Paul's offered me insight for a prosperous future. The school's values, principles and  morals guided me to always give 100% and my best effort in whatever test, game, or situation I would encounter in life. St. Paul's provided me with the mindset that no matter the what I was going through in life, that God has a plan and bright future in stored for me. The students, parents, coaches, teachers, and administrative staff always encouraged me to do all things through Christ and for the glory of God. Saint Paul’s has a wonderful, loving, and family like environment, the school’s faculty and staff took me in and provided guidance in all aspects of life. The compassion the teachers provide assures each student that they are safe and always have someone to talk to.  If it wasn’t for God allowing me to become apart of the Saint Paul Family, I wouldn’t know where I would be today. I’ve had many memorable experiences and life lessons which makes me proud to say I am an alumni and Warrior forever."
